Solidarity Marathon is an annual running event which joins all three cities of Tricity. The runners run full marathon distance which is 42,195 km.
The route
All runners started at 9:30 in Gdynia at the monument of fallen shipyard workers of their uprising in year 1970. The route goes than through streets of Gdynia, leading to the main roadway of Tricity: Niepodległości alley to Sopot, Poland, entering Gdansk (Miasto Gdań…sk) through Grunwaldzka alley, reaching the level of Technical academy, around Przymorze district, Hallera street, on the side of Gdansk shipyard, the Solidarity museum, Streets of the main city to the finish line which is located at Długa street in Gdansk, near Neptun monument.
