New headliner of Open’er 2017 announced!

Three Weeks ago we informed you about the first band to headline Open’re festival 2017. This was Radiohead. Today, we have even more exciting information. Alter art announced today, that the second headliner is Foo Fighters!

Significant band

Foo Fighters is one of those bands, which had a significant role in creating the picture of modern music. The story of the band starts in 1994 when former drummer of Nirvana – Dave Grohl, started a project which was to be a form of therapy. This was due to trauma caused by suicide of Kurt Cobain. The debut material was quickly noticed and appreciated, and a group needed to be formed. This was the beginning of more than two decades of commercial success of the band.

Open’er Tickets

Having the second headliner announced, we can slowly assume, that this edition of Open’er Festival will be truly unforgettable. If you are interested in obtaining tickets now, there is a process of selling “Early Birds Tickets”. Prizes are starting from 349 PLN for a weekend ticket to 549 PLN for a full, 4-day ticket with camping. More details can be found at:

Two hours with Foo Fighters

The festival will be opened on Wednesday with a concert of Radiohead. The day after, on Thursday, Foo Fighters will play on the main stage of Open’er Festival 2017. The band is announced to perform for more than two hours for the festival audience.
