Music
Do you feel that there are no music events for you? N-Day Festival may change it! It’s a celebration of the Gdansk Shipyard and alternative music, which will take place at 4 pm on Saturday at Plener 33 in Gdansk. Among artists: Evorevo – called three musketeers of the Polish music scene and the classics of European jazztronica, Daniel Spaleniak – composer, singer and guitarist famous from his soundtracks for American TV series available on Netflix and Hulu, Hanba! – an orchestra of poetry and music, known for its rebellious-style from the late 1930s and The Shipyard celebrity of post-punk scene and sharp guitar crossover. If you prefer more classical music, you cannot miss 62. International Festival of Organs’ Music in Metropolitan Cathedral. It’s one of the oldest polish music festivals binding classical music masters from different countries and generations. The inauguration will take place at 8 pm on Friday 28th. Tickets costs: 15-25 zlotys.

Sport
XC Gdansk 2019 is a cyclic competition for literally everyone. From 2 years old children on their run bikes to professionals in 11 age groups – no matter what equipment you have. The second round is going to take place on Saturday in Gdansk Matemblewo. Tickets cost 50 zlotys for adults (18 and older) and 20 zlotys for younger ones.

Water Show Festival is the second edition of water sports competition on Motlawa, between Olowianka and Spichrzow Island. Saturday is a day of qualification and training for professionals and test for residents. On Sunday the best world players will compete in six categories: High Diving (jumps to water from a height of 24 m), Flyboarding, Cable Wakeboarding, Death Diving, Blob Jumping, and Jet Surf.
Food
If you appreciate the domestic atmosphere and traditional tastes, VII Slow Fest Sopot is definitely for you! It’s a festival of good food and meeting together at the table and tasting dishes made by local traders, which will take place at 11 am. to 6 pm. both on Saturday and Sunday on Sopot Pier (Zdrojowy Square 2). No matter if you’re a chef, explorer, cook, enthusiast – everyone is equal at the table!
