Herbalife IRONMAN 70.3 in Gdynia with thousands of participants

Nearly 2000 people took part in the most challenging race of Herbalife Ironman triathlon event in Gdynia. The competitors fought with distances of 1,9km in swimming, 90km in cycling and 21,1km in running.

International box

The winner of this years edition of the event was Ivan Tutukin from Russia with a total time of 3:55:22, less than two minutes less had Daniil Sapunov from Ukraine and shortly after came the third best – Sean Donnelly from Germany with a result of 3:58:45. Within 4 hours came also first of the polish competitors, Miłosz Sowiński with time 3:59:27, giving him the fourth position.

Diana Riesler without competition among women

First among women to the finish line came Diana Riesler from Germany with time 4:18:45, next woman at the finish line – Ewa Komander from Poland had a time of 4:36:33, what shows in what great form Diana was today.

Thousands of spectators

Thousands of people supported competitors on the streets of Gdynia making this event unforgettable for all those taking part in it.
