Tomasz Wosiak – career
His road started in the gastronomic school in Gdynia more than 25 years ago. He opened his first restaurant in Tricity when he was just 19 years old, and the career went escalated quickly. From overseeing the kitchen in Italian Alps to cooking for a crew of an intercontinental ship. In the year 2000, he settled down in the United States where he continued his career. In less than a year he advanced from being a cook to a head chef. The following years only brought further development, when Tomasz became overseer of 42 restaurants in 14 states. His road led him to a position of a culinary authority in the USA.
Current work
Tomasz Wosiak currently oversees the work of an 800 people crew. He cooperates with music stars creating and directing their restaurants in Nashville/Tennessee.
Meeting
The meeting will take place in the gallery of the Gdynia Film Center on Friday, the 31st of January at 6:00 pm.
