IX Carnival National Dog Show in Gdansk

More than a thousand dogs will participate in the IX Carnival National Dog Show in Gdansk. Additionally, pet lovers will enjoy stalls with gadgets for animals. All in Gdansk, at the hall of the Physical Education Academy.

IX Carnival National Dog Show in Gdansk

The Carnival National Dog Show in Gdansk is already a tradition of the Canine Association in Tricity. In addition to typical presentations, there is also a contest for the best fancy dress of a dog owner.

More than a thousand dogs

This year, 1047 dogs will participate in the contest. The dogs belong to 183 breeds and will participate in 10 FCI categories. The most popular this year are German Shepherds, as there will be 33 dogs competing. The second biggest group are Whippets and the third are French Bulldogs.

In addition to the contests, there will be a chance to see the latest products for animals at the stalls. All pet lovers should check if there is something new for their favorite animal.

Program

The main competitions start at 9:00 am at rings around the hall. Young presenters will take the rings over at 2:30 pm. Their competitions will enter with a final at the main ring at 3:30 pm.

Traditionally, there will be a contest for the best fancy dress of a presenter with a dog. The final of this competition will take place at 4:00 pm. The finals of the main competitions will follow this event at 4:30 pm.

The Dog Show will conclude at 6:00 pm.

Tickets

Entrance fee for the Dog Show costs 12 PLN for adults. Pentionists and students can purchase discount tickets for 6 PLN. Kids under the age of 3 enter the show for free. Tickets will be available at the entrance to the hall.

Visitors can also park the car in the special area next to the hall for 20 PLN.
