The English-speaking community is growing in Tricity. Those who would like to meet fellow expats in the area can enjoy Expats in Tricity meet up events. For 2 years, the events have gathered a community of over 600 people.
Expats in Tricity meetups
The meetups take place every 1 or 1,5 month. Each time the location is different so the participants can get to know different areas of Tricity. According to the founder of meetups, Izabela Disterheft, the meetings focus on a variety of topics. Each time the visitors can learn something new, listen to a new story or take part in an interesting micro-workshop. All meetings are in English aiming to bring together those who came to Gdansk, Gdynia or Sopot from all over the world.
