On the 13th of February at 5:45 PM, along with Torus company, we’re inviting you to join us at CityCafe at Alchemia FERRUM building. This will be the 14th in a series of meetups in English bringing together those who came to Gdańsk, Gdynia or Sopot (Tricity) from all over the world and decided to work and live here.

18:00 – 19:10 Action learning – workshop by Renata Czajkowska
You will practice a powerful group learning tool focused on real, current issues to be solved by the participants with the support of a coach and other group members.
You will have a chance to work on an issue presented by a group member and see the benefits this method brings on an individual and group level.
Facilitator: Renata Czajkowska is an HR consultant with experience in using different tools to boost group/team performance and development. She is a certified Action Learning Coach by the World Institute of Action Learning and she has experienced consistently positive feedback from a number of Action Learning sessions participants for the reflection and learning they bring.
