After three matches without winning, Arka Gdynia SSA has 5th place in LOTTO Ekstraklasa. This time they are playing home to defend the stronghold of Gdynia which was overtaken only once this season – by Piast Gliwice three weeks ago.
Not an easy rival
Arka Gdynia played against Pogoń Szczecin 24 times. They got defeated in 13 matches, most of which were in Szczecin. In Gdynia, Arka won half of the matches, which brings hopes for the upcoming game. The Friday match starts at 18:00 at the stadium in Gdynia.
Climbing the ledder
5th place of Arka Gdynia in their first season in Ekstraklasa after break is a good result, but the supporters are looking forward to see Arka higher. It is possible, as the teams looses only two points to KGHM Zaglebie Lubin, which is 4th in the table. It would be much more difficult though to reach the top, as the leader – Lechia Gdansk has now 7 points more. The situation may though change as there are still 18 rounds in front of us.
