Throughout the last years, AirHelp is constantly developing. This results in a growing number of employees and a need to employ more. That is why the company decided to reach out to potential employees by organizing Career Days.
Career Days
The University of Gdansk was a very good place to organize such an event. AirHelp focuses highly on recruiting language students as well as native speakers. The event gathered dozens of potential employees. Due to the international profile of the company, 1/3 of the candidates were foreigners living in Tricity. Those candidates were from countries like Ukraine, Spain, Turkey and India. This shows how many different profiles are within the interest of AirHelp.
